New shear horizontal (SH) surface-plasmon-polariton-like elastic surface waves for sensing applications

The project concerns research on ultrasonic sensors with very high sensitivity.The obtained data will be used in the construction of a new sensor.The data are listed in the OpenDocument Spreadsheet format (.ods).The first column corresponds to the x-axis.The second column correspods to the y-axis.The data were obtained using a PC computer with the Scilab software packet.
