Thermobia domestica genome assembly v 1.0The Thermobia domestica genome assembly is based on a single individual from a laboratory colony. Briefly, we sequenced the DNA extracted from a single T. domestica individual for assembly with the DISCOVAR v1 pipeline (Weisenfeld et al., 2014).
