In 2019 we inoculated an outdoor tubular photobioreactor (PBR) (1,150 L) in Calgary, Alberta with a microbial consortium dominated by a filamentous cyanobacterium of the Phormidium genus. This file shows how both biomass growth and yield were calculated over the 140-day season. It includes daily biomass density readings and data which describe the conversion of wet weight densities to ash-free dry weight densities.
