The 2,886-name genus list and the log of its byte-for-byte rebuild from the NCBI Taxonomy file downloaded on 16 April 2026 from https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/taxdump.tar.gz; taxid counts for the 2,000 indexed names; the 32 scan-task logs and the aggregation log of the name-index scan of 37,568 documents; document and mention counts for the 2,421 matched names; the 18 April 2026 KEGG and BioSample query cache; NCBI taxids of the 236 matched KEGG organisms; reader tables of the KEGG matches, pathway maps and BioSample categories; and the 2,118 navigation-graph notes.
