资源简介:
This RNAseq study investigates the effects of 3 xenobiotic compounds (2 methylenedioxybenzene (MDB) compounds (C1-MDB and C6-MDB) and Carbamazepine (CBZ)) on gene expression and alternative splicing in primary rat hepatocytes. Using cryopreserved hepatocytes from male Sprague Dawley rats, we explored how various methylenedioxybenzene congeners and carbamazepine influence transcription and splicing dynamics. The study provides significant insights into the molecular mechanisms of hepatic metabolism and xenobiotic response, highlighting the roles of splicing factors and epitranscriptomic modifiers in cellular adaptation to xenobiotic stress.
