资源简介:
High-altitude polycythemia (HAPC) is a most common chronic mountain sickness, characterized by excessive erythrocytosis caused primarily by persistent arterial hypoxia and ventilatory impairment. It has been a serious public health problem in high-altitude regions. Despite numerous studies on HAPC via genomics, transcriptomics or metabolome approaches, the pathogenesis of HAPC remains largely unclear. Here, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing to reveal the change of transcriptomics profiles of stem progenitor cells and erythrocytes in bone marrow of mice between HAPC subjects and healthy controls. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing for stem progenitor cells and erythrocytes in spleen of mice between HAPC models and healthy controls.
