A Design for Terahertz-driven Isolated Sub-femtosecond Electron Pulse

This dataset includes the images in the article as well as simulated data. The data is the electronic phase space distribution obtained from CST simulation, including the Y-Z left distribution and the Y-direction momentum Z-direction coordinate distribution. The data is divided into raw data of 817as obtained by using 500fs initial electron pulse width chopping and data of femtosecond electron pulses generated by using a DC electron source.
