Data for "GECKO-A v1.0: Exploring VOC Oxidation Trajectories Through Comparison with the MCM"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data associated with the article: "GECKO-A v1.0: Exploring VOC Oxidation Trajectories Through Comparison with the Master Chemical Mechanism, egusphere-2026-2907". The archive is composed of two compressed files containing all datasets related to the GECKO-A and MCM mechanisms, respectively: geckoa_v1_0.zip mcm331.zip GECKO-A archive The geckoa_v1_0.zip archive contains one directory for each precursor species: butane, octane, dodecane, toluene, a-pinene. Each directory contains the following files: *.mech — chemical mechanism files (plain text format) *.dict — dictionary linking mechanism species names to their molecular formulas and structural properties (plain text format) *.nan.sat — saturation vapor pressures of non-radical species (plain text format) *.hlc — Henry’s law constants of non-radical species (plain text format) *.koh — gas-phase reaction rate constants of non-radical species with OH radicals (plain text format) *.mdv — molecular diffusion volumes of species (plain text format) *.urba.nc — simulation outputs for the urban scenario (NetCDF format) *.polc.nc — simulation outputs for the polluted continental scenario (NetCDF format) *.cont.nc — simulation outputs for the continental scenario (NetCDF format) *.remc.nc — simulation outputs for the remote continental scenario (NetCDF format) *.remo.nc — simulation outputs for the remote scenario (NetCDF format) The file geckoa.phot (plain text format) lists the photolysis frequencies used in this study. MCM v3.3.1 archive Similarly, the mcm331.zip archive contains one directory for each precursor species, including the simulation outputs in NetCDF format using the same file extensions and naming conventions as in the GECKO-A archive. The complete MCM v3.3.1 mechanism and associated text-format files are located at the root level of the archive and use the same file extensions as those provided for the GECKO-A mechanism. The file mcm331.phot (plain text format) lists the photolysis frequencies used in this study.
