通过分析每条线路的运营指标，从班次执行率，发车准点率，终点到站准点率，首末班发车准点率，线路走向符合率这5个维度，通过加权平均法计算每条线路的营运评价得分，为公交后续线网优化、驾驶员及车辆调整提供数据支撑，同时为乘车人员、公交app及其他公交数据使用方提供公交运营质量的评价。通过车辆GPS数据和线路站点停靠数据，通过智慧公交调度系统准确匹配车辆到达线路上每一个站点的具体时间，并将数据合并处理后形成每日各个班次的：完成班次数、发车准点班次数、终点到站准点班次数、首末班发车准点班次数、符合GPS的锚点数量5个维度指标。（2）根据线路每日计划数据和前述的5个维度指标，计算每一个班次每日维度百分率。班次执行率=完成班次数/计划班次数*100%；发车准点率=发车准点班次数/计划发车班次数*100%；终点到站准点率=终点站准点班次/终点站计划班次*100%；首末班发车准点率=首末班发车准点班次数/首末班计划班次数*100%线路走向符合率=符合GPS的锚点数量/预设的锚点数量*100%）；
（3）对这些指标进行分类分级，制定评分标准。大于等于97%以上得100分，大于等于93%小于97%得95分，大于等于90%小于93%得90分，小于90%得80分，另外通过权重叠加，最终形成“综合得分=班次执行率得分*20%+发车准点率得分*30%+终点到站准点率得分*10%+首末班发车准点率得分*30%+线路走向符合率得分*10%”为算法的每条线路每日的营运评价得分。

By analyzing the operational indicators of each bus route, the operational evaluation score for each route is computed using the weighted average method across five dimensions: shift execution rate, departure on-time rate, terminal arrival on-time rate, first/last trip departure on-time rate, and route alignment compliance rate. This score provides data support for subsequent public transit network optimization, driver and vehicle adjustment, as well as offering evaluations of bus operational quality for passengers, public transit apps, and other public transit data stakeholders.

Based on vehicle GPS data and route stop arrival data, the smart bus dispatching system accurately matches the exact time when vehicles arrive at each stop along the route. After merging and processing the data, five dimensional indicators for each daily trip are generated: number of completed trips, number of on-time departing trips, number of on-time terminal arrival trips, number of on-time first/last trip departures, and number of GPS-compliant anchor points.

(2) Based on the daily scheduled data of the route and the aforementioned five dimensional indicators, the daily percentage metrics for each trip are calculated. The specific formulas are as follows:
Shift Execution Rate = (Number of Completed Trips / Number of Scheduled Trips) * 100%;
Departure On-Time Rate = (Number of On-Time Departing Trips / Number of Scheduled Departing Trips) * 100%;
Terminal Arrival On-Time Rate = (Number of On-Time Terminal Arrival Trips / Number of Scheduled Terminal Trips) * 100%;
First/Last Trip Departure On-Time Rate = (Number of On-Time First/Last Trip Departures / Number of Scheduled First/Last Trip Departures) * 100%;
Route Alignment Compliance Rate = (Number of GPS-Compliant Anchor Points / Number of Preset Anchor Points) * 100%;

(3) These indicators are classified and graded, and scoring standards are formulated as follows: a score of 100 is awarded for values ≥97%, 95 for values ≥93% and <97%, 90 for values ≥90% and <93%, and 80 for values <90%. Additionally, through weighted summation, the final daily operational evaluation score for each route is calculated using the algorithm:
