Store digital data in DNA molecules by inducing mutations on specific locations of the DNA (domain bit). Using gRNA+dCas9+APOBEC3A, the cytosines in the domain bit are transformed to uracils and later to thymine, stablishing the mutational states (unmutated, mutated) as the stored binary values (0, 1) of the domain bit.
