Raw concentration data - Metabolomic characterisation of progression and spontaneous regression of melanoma in MeLiM minipig model

Raw data (absolute concentration) of metabolites analysed in a plasma sample of MeLiM minipigs model of spontaneous regression. The dataset contains plasma concentrations (in µM) of 129 features (110 metabolites, 11 ratios and 8 sums) which met the criteria for data pre-processing.
