Replication data for: Impacts of anthropogenic disturbances on freshwater fish communities assessed by traits-based biomonitoring of eDNA metabarcoding

This data collection compile the basic scripts and site dataset* needed for the realisation of the analyses published in the article titled "Impacts of anthropogenic disturbances on freshwater fish communities assessed by traits-based biomonitoring of eDNA metabarcoding" in the journal Molecular Ecology Ressources.

* As raw sequencing data were accessed throught a data sharing agreement with the Québec Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs, they have been excluded of this dataset. Inquiry for access to these data need to be addressed to the Direction principale de l'expertise sur la faune aquatique (DPEFA) of this ministry.
