We analyzed the transcriptome profiles of CD19+ B cells and CD4+ T cells from the peripheral blood of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) immediately before and after relapse therapy with apheresis. High-density Clariom D Arrays for human were used to obtain gene-level and exon-level expression profiles. This GEO entry provides the processed data from the gene-level and exon-level workflows. Peripheral blood was taken from 4 MS patients before the first (T0) and after the last (T1) session of apheresis (i.e., plasma exchange or immunoadsorption) for the treatment of an acute exacerbation. CD19+ B cells were isolated from 3 blood sample pairs, while CD4+ T helper cells were isolated from 4 blood sample pairs, resulting in a total of 14 samples. Total RNA was extracted, labeled and hybridized to Clariom D microarrays to quantify the transcript levels.
