High-throughput sequencing data of TnpB-mediated genome editing in human cells

The dataset with Library IDs N2423171 and N2417911 contains high-throughput sequencing data following editing of the TET2 gene in 143B cells using TnpB and other gene editing tools. The dataset with Library ID Edit1-3 contains high-throughput sequencing data following editing of the EMX1, DNMT3B, and TET2 genes in 143B, U-2 OS, hFOB1.19, and HK-2 cells using TnpB and other gene editing tools. The dataset with Library ID OT1-2 contains high-throughput sequencing data of off-target sites predicted by Cas-OFFinder in the above four cell lines.
