Live Cell Imaging of 3T3 cells with cell cycle sensor and inducible E2F constructs

livecell_Ev_E2f1_E2f2_E2f1dDBA: Live Cell Imaging of inducible 3T3 cells expressing EV, E2F1, E2F2, E2F1.dDNA with Clover fusion and constitutive FUCCI-hCDT1-mCherry cell cycle sensor co-expression. Cells imaged every 20 minutes for 24 hours. Imaging started 48 hours after serum starvation (t=0), upon which doxycyline was added to induce expression of E2F constructs E2F1_60hour_imaging_post_induction: Live Cell Imaging of inducible 3T3 cells expressing EV, E2F1, or Serum treated. Cells imaged every 30 minutes for 60 hours. Imaging started 48 hours after serum starvation (t=0), upon which doxycyline was added to induce expression of EV / E2F1 constructs or addition of 10% serum. A2: EV, B2: E2F1, C2: 10% Serum
