资源简介:
The purpose of the study was to use transcriptome sequencing to reveal the effect of tree shape on flower formation.Horticultural procedures used to promote floral induction such as bending, girdling, and shoot tip removal or damage. Bending may considerably reduce polar IAA transport. Pruning is an effective means of promoting flowering, thus resulting in the formation of more new shoots and consequently high apple yield and quality. Shoot bending can promote the formation of flower buds by affecting endogenous hormones. Tree shape, as a horticultural trait, the effect on flowering of fruit trees remains poorly understood.
