Tuscany Region - Prohibited areas of new Appostamenti - ADA - Art. 53 paragraph 1 DPGR 48/R/2017

These areas are identified pursuant to Article 53(1) of DPGR 48/R/2017, which specifies that the regional hunting wildlife plan shall identify the areas in which the fixed or additional stands referred to in Article 56 may be located. The regional wildlife hunting plan may also provide for limitations in the number and type of authorised fixed stakeouts for particular territories. This dataset identifies the areas where the new stakeouts cannot be placed and consequently identifies the areas where they can be placed as indicated by the legislation.
