Additional file 2: R code and data for the manuscript “Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy to predict nitrogen and phosphorus contents of herbarium specimens under different storage conditions”. This file contains two parts. First, the R-code_supporting_information.R, which can be used to recreate statistics and plots presented in this publication. Second, the “Basic_code”, which can be used for the creation and analysis of NIRS calibrations, as well as two data tables as formatting examples.附加文件2：对应研究论文《利用近红外光谱预测不同储存条件下植物标本馆标本的氮、磷含量》的R代码与数据集。本文件包含两个部分：其一为R-code_supporting_information.R，可用于复现该论文中呈现的统计分析结果与可视化图表；其二为Basic_code，可用于近红外光谱（Near-Infrared Spectroscopy，NIRS）校准模型的构建与分析，同时附带两份作为格式示例的数据表。
