Transportation and Mobility Plan 2025 (Tacoma)

The Tacoma City Council adopted the 2025 Transportation and Mobility Plan (TMP) in June 2025. The TMP lays out Tacoma’s transportation vision and priorities for the next 20 years. As the Transportation Element of Tacoma’s Comprehensive Plan, the TMP guides strategic investments to improve safety, accessibility, and mobility for all users.
