资源简介:
Soil microorganisms are an important part of the soil environment and play an important role in soil material development and the energy cycle. Aquatic manure, unconsumed feed and organic fertilizer provide different carbon sources for microbial growth in coculturing versus single-crop rice cultivation systems, and coculturing changes the richness and diversity of the soil microbial community. Although similar research has been conducted, a lack of long-term testing remains. To investigate the effects of rice-crab coculturing and the duration of those effects on the richness and diversity of the soil microbial community and its dynamic changes, 16S and ITS soil microbial communities, soil enzyme activity and soil physicochemical properties were investigated in areas with long-term rice-crab coculturing (MY), newly established rice-crab coculturing (OY) and conventional rice planting (N).
