Distinct impact of PI(4)P flux on PI(4,5)P2 steady states and oscillations

This dataset contains processed fluorescence time-series data used in the analysis reported in “Distinct impact of PI(4)P flux on PI(4,5)P2 steady states and oscillations.” The repository consists of .xlsx files containing raw and background fluorescence intensity time series extracted from total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy experiments on rat basophilic leukemia (RBL-2H3) mast cells. The time series correspond to fluorescence measurements of sensors for PI(4)P, PI(4,5)P2, and Cdc42-GTP dynamics under antigen stimulation and chemical perturbation of PI4KIIIα. These data were used for oscillation amplitude, period, cross-correlation, and spectral analyses described in the Materials and Methods and Supporting Information of the associated publication. The files are organized by experimental condition and represent the data used for quantitative analysis.
