<p>Statewide evacuation layer - showing current evacuations issued across Oregon. Data is entered by local/tribal/state GIS staff to indicate the status of evacuations across Oregon. Data updated as information is entered into the hosted feature service.</p><p>If there are no records in this dataset, there are no evacuations currently in place.</p><div><p><br />There are five integrations with this dataset, which are listed below:</p><div><ul><li>Clackamas County GIS's evacuation service - fed from the data featured on the&nbsp;<a target='_blank' href='https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/b9b45a1859704c66b563099dc448653a' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>Clackamas County Wildfire Evacuation Map</a>, updates every 5 minutes.&nbsp;</li><li>Deschutes County GIS's evacuation service - fed from the data featured on the <a target='_blank' href='https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/6f8868c4477e462b8a653a89260268fc' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>Deschutes County Emergency Information Dashboard</a>, updates every 5 minutes.</li><li>Genasys platform - fed from the data featured on the&nbsp;<a target='_blank' href='https://protect.genasys.com/' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>Genasys software solution</a>&nbsp;for zones not in a normal status, updates every 5 minutes.</li><li><span style='background-color:rgb(255,255,255); color:rgb(48,78,78); font-size:14px;'><span style='display:inline !important; float:none; font-style:normal; font-variant-caps:normal; font-variant-ligatures:normal; font-weight:400; letter-spacing:normal; text-align:start; text-decoration-color:initial; text-decoration-style:initial; text-indent:0px; text-transform:none; word-spacing:0px;'>Data from the Perimeter solution is automatically synced with the ArcGIS Online hosted layer without any additional configuration necessary for the user. Once a polygon is created within that platform and saved, data syncs to the statewide service for visualization and display. Population and structure impact calculations are then conducted every 15 minutes.</span></span></li><li>Data uploaded using the OEM evacuation service upload utility - updates every 15 minutes based on data submitted from an outside platform on a Survey123 form.</li></ul></div><div><div>Data calculations run every 15 minutes on this service and the calculations are derived based on the following:</div><div><ul><li>Structures within is based upon a selection query using the&nbsp;<a target='_blank' href='https://geo.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=0ec8512ad21e4bb987d7e848d14e7e24' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>USA Structures Layer</a>, featuring a count of structures in that boundary.&nbsp;</li><li>Estimated addresses within is based off of the count of 911 GIS address points within the evacuation boundary.&nbsp;</li><li>Estimated population is based off of the 2020 census household estimate of 2.53 persons per address (multiply estimated addresses by the household factor of 2.53).<br />&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div>
