Colon Crypt Model 031215.nlogo

Computer program that simulates human colon cancer initiation, therapy, and prevention. Includes interface, code, and detailed information. Useful for in silico experiments directly from the user interface. Illustrates and plots the cell dynamics of stem cells, transient amplifying cells, and differentiated cells. It runs on the open-source multi-platform NetLogo application version 4.1.3 available at https://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/index.shtml.
