Benchmark instances for the Multidimensional Multiple-Choice Knapsack Problem with Forfeit Sets

Forfeit-layer overlays for the Khan and Hifi benchmark instances of the Multidimensional Multiple-Choice Knapsack Problem, which define the MMKP-FS instances used in the accompanying paper. Each overlay adds a collection of forfeit sets and a global bound on violations to a base instance, which is available from its original source (see README.txt).
