Risk-Controlled EIS Parameterization: Reproducibility and Evidence Package

This record contains the frozen reproducibility and evidence packagesupporting a study of risk-controlled electrochemical impedancespectroscopy parameter identification for lithium-ion batteries. Version 2.1.0 includes analysis scripts, configuration files, syntheticand measured-data evaluation outputs, out-of-distribution model-formand downstream analyses, NREL/DENSO measured-data materials, recordscovering 13 cells, distribution-of-relaxation-times clusteringrecomputations, threshold scans, and identifiability pre-auditartifacts. Adds risk_controlled_eis_parameterization_v2_2_delta.zip: (1) hetero-model generation stress — official PyBaMM 26.7.1 (Chen2020) SPMe/DFN panels inverted by the frozen eight-arm ensemble, with scripts, manifest, verdict, and raw panels; (2) the registered single-MAP hand-off comparator for the locked transfer study — preregistration, rescoring scripts, per-run scores, and bootstrap summary (both registered expectations failed and are reported verbatim); (3) CORRECTION_realcell_claim_patterns.md, correcting a non-core descriptive generalization about measured-cell claim patterns (no numbers change).
