Initial Submission: Multimodal spatial analysis of ovarian cancer reveals targetable multi-drug-resistant cells associated with recurrence

This Zenodo record contains imaging mass cytometry (IMC) and Visium data generated for this multi-cohort study. The dataset includes the following data:(i) The main study cohort comprising samples acquired across multiple centers (Basel, Zurich, and Sydney): corrected_sce_final.RDS (ii) An independent Tumor Profiler cohort: Single-cell IMC: corrected_TP_sce_final.RDS Pixel-skipping: PS_sce_raw.RDS (iii) A spatial transcriptomics cohort generated using the Visium platform:IMC: combined_sce_patient_final.RDSVisium: raw_combined_visium_sce_final.RDS Data provided include SingleCellExperiment objects with associated metadata (e.g., sample annotations, cohort labels, and clinical variables where applicable). All data is preprocessed from the original imaging data and spillover-corrected. High-throughput drug screening data pertaining to this study will be published under another paper (Accepted, Nature Communications 2026) within the Tumor Profiler Consortium. This deposition is a provisional release for peer review. The dataset content, structure, and accompanying documentation may be subject to change, including updates to metadata annotation, file organization, and inclusion of additional samples or derived data. A finalized and fully curated version of the dataset will be made publicly available upon publication.
