资源简介:
The research titled "FIELD EXTENSION WORK MOTIVATION Survey at Agricultural Extension Center in Jambi Province" aims to investigate the impact of Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Motivation on the performance of agricultural extension workers in Jambi Province. The study encompasses four main variables: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Performance. The research employed a survey design, and the research instruments were developed and validated using the following procedures: Content Validity Index (CVI). Following validation, data were collected from a population of 1866 individuals, and G Power was used to determine the sample size, resulting in a total of 1084 respondents. Out of these, 1016 respondents' data were processed and analyzed using the systematic steps of Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA).The key findings of the study support all hypotheses. The most influential predictor for Leadership Role is Fieldwork Motivation (β = 0.532, p < 0.000; t = 2.034), followed by Organizational Culture, which has a significant impact on Field Worker Performance (β = 0.432, p < 0.000; t = 14.465). In contrast, the weakest correlation was found between Field Work Motivation and Field Extension Worker Performance (β = 0.093, p < 0.011; t = 2.567). Additionally, Leadership Role has a relatively weaker impact on Field Worker Performance (β = 0.098, p < 0.042; t = 2.034). Finally, Organizational Culture significantly affects Field Work Motivation (β = 0.235, p < 0.000; t = 7.808).
