US Multi-Resolution Land Characteristics Consortium (MRLC) National Land Cover Database (NLCD), Imperviousness All Years (CONUS)

The National Land Cover Database (NLCD) includes the Imperviousness All Year dataset. It provides specific data for impervious surfaces across the contiguous United States (CONUS) and is managed by the U.S. Multi-Resolution Land Characteristics Consortium (MRLC). The data provide critical information about the extent and distribution of impervious surfaces as well as estimates of impervious surfaces, such as roads, buildings, and other man-made structures that prevent water from infiltrating the ground. The data are expressed as a percentage of imperviousness for each 30-meter pixel.
