Gene transcription analysis of nitrogen sufficient and deficient wheat cultivars

Four wheat cultivars were grown in soil under greenhouse conditions and treated with either sufficient nitrogen or low nitrogen fertilizer stress. When plants were 55 days old, shoot and root samples were taken and used for RNA exaction and RNAseq analysis for gene expression comparison. For teach cultivar, three biological replicates (three plants) were used in the experiment.
