Cutibacterium spp A1,A2,A3, isolated from secondary/persistent endodontic infections, whole genome shotgun sequencing project

This study aimed to conduct a complete genomic analysis of Cutibacterium spp. obtained from healthcare-associated endodontic infections for a better understanding of this bacterial genus. Whole genome sequencing was performed on three strains taken from persistent endodontic infections, followed by comprehensive genomic analysis using various bioinformatics platforms and databases.
