可精准识别短信/语音欺诈、钓鱼网站识别等场景。围绕违规电话治理，开展基于主被叫号码的机器学习、以及基于被叫号码的诈骗事件场景模型研究与试点，并做好违规电话号码的验证，以及可视化呈现等工作；梳理通信信息诈骗整体流程分析，基于海量通信话单与信令数据，结合公安刑侦相关数据，实施多环节联动分析

This dataset enables accurate identification of scenarios including SMS/voice fraud and phishing website detection. Focusing on the governance of unauthorized phone calls, we have carried out research and pilot tests of machine learning models based on both calling and called numbers, as well as scam event scenario models based on called numbers. Additional tasks include verification of unauthorized phone numbers and visual data presentation. We have also conducted systematic analysis of the overall workflow of communication information fraud, and implemented multi-stage collaborative analysis based on massive volumes of communication call detail records (CDRs) and signaling data, combined with relevant data from public security criminal investigation agencies.
