The Helping Hand is a digital mental health game designed to build resilience by teaching adolescents about relevant psychosocial topics. SAMS made this game available to Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese living in the Bekaa Valley and Arsal as part of a larger 10-session blended learning program. The dataset includes pre/post survey data from participating adolescents to assess their anxiety and depression symptoms (RCADS-25) and overall wellbeing (WHO-5 Wellbeing Index).
