Metabolic inflammation is a chronic low-grade inflammation caused by the rapid increase of nutrition, which is an important cause of the occurrence and development of metabolic syndrome and seriously harms human health. Drug intervention is often used in clinic, but long-term use of drugs has great side effects, which can easily lead to disorder of intestinal flora, limit the overall therapeutic effect and bring high economic burden. Because of the high safety and little side effects of probiotics, probiotics therapy has attracted wide attention to alleviate metabolic inflammation, but most of them focus on the correlation between probiotics and metabolic diseases, and there is no evidence of the mechanism of probiotics in relieving metabolic inflammation. Our previouse work confirmed that Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus B6 has the ability to regulate blood sugar, blood lipid and intestinal flora, which can protect the liver from the infiltration of fat cells and prove that it has the potential to alleviate metabolic inflammation. Therefore, this study takes Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus B6 as the research object, and intends to clarify the inhibitory effect of B6 on inflammatory macrophages from the transcription and protein level of inflammatory factors through cell experiments, confirm the alleviation effect of B6 on metabolic inflammation through animal models, and comprehensively analyze the specific mechanism of B6 to improve metabolic inflammation. In order to provide new ideas for improving metabolic inflammation, and provide scientific support for the clinical application of B6 and the research and development of pharmaceutical products.
