Whole Genome Sequencing of Fusarium proliferatum Inciting Wilt in Strawberry

This project involves the whole genome sequencing of Fusarium proliferatum isolated from wilted strawberry plants collected from commercial fields in Hisar, Haryana, India. The objective is to better understand the genome structure, virulence factors, and potential pathogenicity-related genes associated with vascular wilt in strawberry. This genomic resource will aid in future diagnostics, population studies, and comparative genomics of Fusarium species infecting soft fruit crops.
