Supporting Material to Bergsvik, Fauske and Hart forthcoming in Population and Development Review. The article reviews studies on the effect of public policy on fertility. The excel file contains parameter estimates from included studies, description of which tables they are extacted from, and our recalculations of the estimates to relative scale. The estimates from each study used for the Egger test are shown in a separate column.
