State budget — Financial year 2013

The provision of data on the amounts and allocations of State resources and burdens complements the provision of information to citizens in the public report; report which alone binds the financial courts, and which is accessible on the [Court’s website](https://www.ccomptes.fr/fr/publications/le-budget-de-letat-en-2013-resultats-et-gestion). A notice is also posted online to facilitate the understanding of the monitoring data on the consumption of payment appropriations (CP), and to detail the origin of the resource in CP (LFI, LFR, carry-overs, transfers, making available, etc.
