In order to evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of low-dose Pristine on breast tumors. The MMTV-PyMT breast cancer mouse model was treated with saline and pristane at 7 weeks of age. At the 13th week of the mouse, breast tumors were collected to extract total RNA and transcriptome sequencing.
