Created within the nf-core hackathon as a learning path to nextflow and contribution to Madrid team under leadership of Sara Monzon and developers of pikavirus workflow. Repository is here https://github.com/palec87/pikavirus-sim-data. No tagged version, so input file formats changes should be anticipated. Readme.md in this dataset describes the repo, but also specific creation of the test datasets with all the necessary input files.
