It is generated from three-dimensional fluorescent stacked images of zebrafish strains using the multi-channel template creation function of the Advanced Normalization Tools (ANTs) software. It primarily records strain template image data registered to a universal physical space. The data is stored in formats such as *.nrrd, *.nii.gz, and *.tif.
