Deciphering culprits for cyanobacterial blooms and lake vulnerability in north-temperate lakes

The repository contains the Python model implementation proposed in the article, along with the in-situ measurements used for fitting and the physical lake parameters required by the model, which were extracted from ERA5-Land. All details are provided in the article. The fitted variables for the example lakes analyzed in this study are also included, as well as the Python code used for the plots and analysis conducted in the article. The consumer of this data ("Data User" herein) should realize that misinterpretation of the data may occur if used out of the context of the original study. While substantial efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of the data, complete accuracy of data sets cannot be guaranteed. All data is made available "as is." The data user may not create derivatives of this dataset or redistribute this data to a third party.
