Development plan Eidelstedt 4 1. Change Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Eidelstedt 4 Development Plan of 16 October 1973 (HmbGVBl. P. 436) is amended as follows: 1.The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Eidelstedt 4 Development Plan” is attached to the Ordinance. 2.The “single paragraph” becomes § 1. 3.The following § 2 is added: SECTION 2 The following provisions shall apply to the implementation of the development plan: 1.In the industrial areas and in the commercial area, retail establishments are prohibited. 2.Exceptionally, retail establishments which are directly spatially and operationally related to craft or manufacturing businesses and do not have more than 10 per cent of the area overbuilt with the operating building, but not more than 200 m² of sales and exhibition space. 3.Exceptionally, shops for local supply up to a sales area of 100 m² are permitted. 4.The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479) is the norm. 5.The area referred to in the Annex to the Regulation ‘A’ shall be defined as an industrial area.’
