Gene expression analysis of murine SAMHD1 deficient peritoneal macrophages (S1056 to S1075)

To elucidate responses of myeloid cells to SAMHD1 deficiency in the absence of exogenous viral infection, we performed global gene expression analysis of SAMHD1 deficient macrophages. Peritoneal macrophages from 10 mutants and 10 controls were FACS sorted. Isolated RNA was subjected to next generation mRNA sequencing.为阐明髓系细胞在无外源病毒感染条件下对SAMHD1缺陷的应答反应，我们对SAMHD1缺陷型巨噬细胞进行了全基因表达谱分析。我们从10例突变体与10例对照中分离腹腔巨噬细胞，并通过荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）完成分选。所提取的RNA随后被用于下一代mRNA测序。
