ALLMAPS supporting data: Yellow catfish genome assembly

Supporting data for ALLMAPS. The data set includes yellow cat fish de novo genomic scaffolds, a combination of four tGBS maps including two genders and two mapping software JOINMAP and R/QTL - JMFemale, JMMale, BCFemale, BCMale, respectively. ALLMAPS was run to produce pseudomolecules based on these input data. Weighting scheme for ALLMAPS was equal weights (weight=1) for each of the four input maps.
