This data set is the total radiation dose data of Fengyun-4-A satellite, which is obtained by the measurement of radiation in the space environment by the PMOS detector on board. The radiation dose data in X, Y and Z directions are processed with temperature compensation, and can be used to study the information of space radiation environment in medium orbit.
