MAV-MCC Relativistic Evidence Pack v1 — GW190814 and GW191219 Anchor-Level Forensic Regeneration

This record is the **v1.0.1 corrected version** of the MAV-MCC relativistic evidence pack. It supports two gravitational-wave anchors:- **GW191219_163120**, fully supported at anchor level;- **GW190814**, supported at anchor level, with a documented but non-claim-critical SHA256 provenance anomaly confined to the already-failing DCC subset. The underlying numerical evidence files are unchanged from v1.0.0.The correction introduced in v1.0.1 is public-facing and methodological:1. the anchor-level claim is stated more precisely;2. the GW190814 DCC provenance anomaly is documented explicitly;3. a claim-status matrix is added for external reviewers;4. the package is cleaned for hostile third-party audit. Boundary: this package remains intentionally narrow. It supports the relativistic evidence nucleus and the preregistered O4b blind protocol only. It does not by itself claim full proof of the entire MAV-MCC Unified General Theory.
