Assessing patterns of genomic diversity in Bombus vosnesenskii using whole genome resequencing

Whole genome sequences of female Bombus vosnesenskii workers collected while foraging on flowers from locales ranging 36.5N to 45.3N latitude and 49m to 2797m above sea level. DNA was extracted from thoracic muscle tissue using the Qiagen DNeasy blood and tissue kit and DNA sequenced via Illumina Hiseq 4000 or Illumina NovaSeq 6000. Data was used to identify patterns in population structure across the range of this species, infer demographic history, as well as identify patterns of environmentally associated genomic variation.
