收藏资源简介:
This repository contains supplementary materials and outputs from a PROSPERO-registered systematic review (CRD420251069776) examining the psychosocial determinants influencing adolescent sexual and reproductive health (SRH) outcomes in South Africa. The review synthesised evidence from 31 peer-reviewed studies published between 2010 and 2024, sourced from PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Africa Journals Online.Repository Contents:Data Extraction Matrix: Comprehensive extraction of study characteristics, methodological details, key findings, theoretical frameworks, and recommendations across eight categoriesThematic Analysis Coding: Six emergent themes with subthemes, supporting authors, and prevalence mappingRisk of Bias Assessment: Quality appraisal using design-appropriate tools (CASP Qualitative Checklist, Newcastle-Ottawa Scale, AMSTAR-2, Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool)PRISMA Guidelines ChecklistTheoretical Contribution:This research advances a novel tri-theoretical integration combining the Social Ecological Model, Intersectionality Theory, and Social Cognitive Theory. The resulting ISCEM-ASRH framework addresses three fundamental questions: where determinants operate (ecological levels), for whom they differ (intersectional positions), and how they influence behaviour (psychological mechanisms including self-efficacy, outcome expectations, and observational learning).Target Audience:Researchers, policymakers, healthcare providers, educators, and programme designers working in adolescent health, sexual and reproductive health, public health, and health equity in South Africa and comparable settings.
