Environnmental data of Rivière aux Brochets, QC, CA, summers of 2018-2019

Physico-chemical and meteorological data collected on various dates from July to October 2018-2019 for two stations (RB-P: 45.123°, -73.218° and RB-4: 45.073°,-73.094°) of the Pike River (Rivière aux Brochets), Quebec, Canada. For each date, rate of flow, maximum air temperature, total nitrogen concentration, ammonia concentration, nitrite-nitrate concentration, total phosphorus concentration, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, salinity, water temperature , precipitation, potential of hydrogen, wind direction, wind speed and nebulosity were taken. The purpose of this data was to determine which environmental variables were good predictors of the cyanobacteria dynamics in the Pike River.
