<b>Genome for</b><b> </b><b><i>Raphanus sativus L. Bakdal</i></b>

Bakdal genome will be an additional genetic resource for the Radish elite lines which can be used as a basis and reference for more detailed study into genetic variation responsible for stable elite lines. In addition, this may be a valuable resource for conducting comparative analysis among elite and wild varieties in the genus<i> </i><i>Raphanus</i>, which could improve the genome selection process in molecular-assisted breeding.
