Overview: This Zenodo item contains example output derived from coastal application 1.1.1 (See FOCCUS D8.1), as proof of prototype development. The figure is an example output expected from the prototype coastal application, whereas the dataset contains the information in the figure. Figure description: The figure (mesh2d_Chlfa.png) contains an example output, where the mean chlorphyll-a concentration over the growing season in 2015 for the various OSPAR regions is shown. All results shown are preliminary and no rights should be attributed to them. The various OSPAR regions are shown in OSPAR_Overview.png. The figure (EQ_chl.png) contains an example output, where the Ecological Quality Ratio is calculated according to the OSPAR COMPEAT procedure, for the Chlorphyll results. Dataset(s) description: The dataset, (FOCCUS_OSP_ESC1_2015_growingseasonmean_chlorophylla.nc) is an xarray dataset, containing the data generated and visualized in the background of the mesh2d_Chlfa.png. The dataset (EQR_ChlfA.csv) is a .csv, containing the geodataframe and associated values used for visualization of the Ecological Quality Ratio.
